Reggae fans pay attention because this is a DVD you will definitely enjoy. We all love Anthony B right? Of course we do! Ever since he dropped his now classic ‘Real Revolutionary’ album in 1996 we’ve been bopping to his riddims big style. Actually, it’s crazy to think he has released over twenty albums now and is still going strong. His music did not follow the trends of reggae music at the time and rather than making music for shottas and gangsta man, he chose to give back more politically angled songs and more positive vibes.
The essence of this performer and recording artist is captured well on this DVD. Live at the legendary Reggae Rising at the California Redwood Forest, we get some killer footage including love performances, unseen footage and interviews. It’s a real cool viewing and shows you a lot of what Anthony B is like as a person as well as true reggae great. With a total of thirteen tracks performed this is as good as buying a greatest hits CD too! This is a real good package and a wickedly super sick DVD!
