This brand new superb DVD showcases one of Hip-Hop's original legends Method Man. Born Clifford Williams back on April 1st 1971, Meth' is indeed an award winning rapper, a producer, an actor and of course one of the hardest working and most visible members of the infamous rap collective Wu-Tang Clan. His career has been one of remarkable achievements including being the only rapper chosen to feature on one of Hip-Hop's most classic albums; 'Ready To Die' by The Notorious B.I.G, as well as featuring on Tupac's 'All Eyez On Me' album on the superb track 'Got My Mind Made Up'. Method Man's career has without doubt been an interesting one with beef's with the likes of radio DJ Wendy Williams and his fair share of disagreements with Wu-Tang's management, as well as featuring in various TV Shows as well as  classic flicks such as Belly, How High and Soul Plane amongst others.

So down to the DVD, and what a brilliant and enjoyable viewing it was! Here we get over an hour of live footage from a packed out venue on Sunset Strip in Los Angeles, California. The show comes with a unique energy that is exclusive to one of Hip-Hop's biggest character's with fellow Wu members Inspectah Deck and Masta Killa (amongst others) there on stage to back the whole vibe up! Meth gives a super-tight performance which includes him stage diving into the crowd and interacting with the fans there. His experience can be seen as he controls the crowd well making this DVD such an enjoyable affair. He performs tracks from all of his four solo albums, as well as tracks from various Wu-Tang Clan albums including a special tribute version of 'Shimmy' for ODB. Cool footage, well shot angles and backstage interviews give this DVD the edge over some of the more 'street DVD's' that float around.

This DVD proves the fact that Method Man is one of the best to have picked up the microphone and his impressive back catalogue shows this. With Wu-Tang's new album '8 Diagrams' due out December 2007 and Meth's fifth album 'Crystal Method' planned for release in 2008, the future loves bright for Meth' and Wu fans. Until then this is the perfect purchase to keep you going. To be honest this is definitely one of the best 'live concert' DVD's I've seen, as well as having some fantastic extra features like a deep Meth' interview, and a superb gallery and audio section. This is the perfect Christmas present for Wu-Tang fans and kind of something that you need, especially if you are a 'true' Wu-Tang Clan fan!!! Bigger than something that is really big!!!!
