It's good to see people following LATE's lead with 'International Rhyme Spittin EP' and working together. As like LATE's ground-breaking EP, the Underground Cartel features rappers from all corners of the globe. Kicking off with 'Whatta Good Thing', this track features the vocal talents of Big Brother Al, Baby Shay, Ill Seer, Beni, La Roka but its Music G's verse that smashes it for us here. It comes in two mixes although the 'Aired Out Remix' doesn't drop as hard as the original. Feeling 'Never Givin' Way' where Tone, Crazy Ballhead and Selfhelp all rep hard over a creepy piano led groove. 'Seconds Out' is the other track that impressed too with 8Bliss representing fully alongside Danjah and Mindbender. This is EP is something that open-minded fans of American, British, Canadian and French Hip-Hop should check for.
