RAGO MAGAZINE managed to hook up with video producer Shonda from Talent Beyond Belief productions to give us the low down
Introduce yourself and tell us where you are from?
Shonda Latrice Harris, born in San Bernardino California raised in Pomona California and Austin Texas.
What music where you listening to when you where growing up?
I listen to a lot of RnB. I love all types of music. I use to be in the Pomona High marching band and I was a DJ, A rapper and break dancer in Austin Texas.
You have your own video production company Talent Beyond belief productions, what made decide to get into doing music videos?
I have been in the entertainment business all my life! MY God son Keaive at only age 7 told me since I like movies and videos so much I should make them myself so it'll be just what I like. Easier said then done. So I moved to Dallas Texas to start Talent Beyond Belief Productions. My company offers local talent the chance to have a nice video to promote their self. If You Don't invest in yourself no one else will.
What is your all time hip hop music video?
My all time hip hop video would be LL cool J "I'm Bad" That's when it was all about the music and feeling good about it. Not about how many fine girls and cars and special effects (even tho I love it).
What music videos have to done so far?
I have helped out on many videos. Under Talent Beyond Belief productions the first one is called Short Tight Dresses By B-fam entertainment. shout out MR ok and L-Boog
With television mainly playing mainstream videos, YouTube has now become the home of underground and independent music videos, how important do you think it is to have a video for your song now?
How important is it to have a Video for your Song? It is of the utmost importance . Image is everything! If someone walked up to you looking tore up and ask you for a Dollar? How how would you feel about them. If that same person came up in a new ride looking so fresh and clean and asked u for a dollar ? You would think different about them. So put your best foot forward people will look at you different.
A lot of people are just putting photos to their music on YouTube what do you think about that?
When I click on a video I think I'm going to see a video, but what I see are pictures. still Pictures are made for slideshows

What plans have to got for the future?
I plan on taking talent Beyond Belief productions to the next level. Krushed Dreamz the movie coming soon. The series Dallas cribs breaking and entering soon near you. Just to name a few, well two.
