This London magazine is definitely something we are feeling at the RAGO HQ. It might have something to do with the fact that it's the same size as RAGO (A5) and it's totally free (like RAGO). It embraces more of the ever expanding grime/urban scene than any other publication in UK. Rewind Magazine is something that the real UK heads in the UK should be grabbing every time it's out as they really support home-grown acts and businesses. In this first issue of 2005 we get some quality interviews with Kano, Suncycle, Nas, Jazzy Jeff, as well as a four page special on the West Midlands which sees Wolverhampton veterans Wolftown Recordings (Wolverhampton's first ever Hip-Hop label founded in 1998), alongside the current cream of the Midlands acts such as Higher Stakes, LAS, EJ, Despa, Creepers and loads more. All the normal news, fashion and music reviews are all packed in here too making this one seriously tidy magazine. The fact it's free just makes it something everyone needs.
