NEMESIS & ARROGANCE ‘Da Real Sho’ (Real Records) www.myspace.com/nemandaggs
This is a clever idea that has been executed very well. What Nemesis & Arrogance have done is to unleash a clever radio-show-themed mixtape, that was spawned from their popular radio show of the same name ‘Da Real Sho’ broadcast on Itch FM, HHBRadio.Com and Xtreme FM. Twenty-one tracks, all 100% originally produced and featuring twenty-five of the UK’s finest spitters. The first single ‘Live From The Capital’ features Jelluzz and Starry Dayz has a real good video and was the track that got my appetite wet for this street mixed album. There are some killer tracks on here; I don’t really know where to start, so I’ll tell you about some of the highlights. F.L.I.P enter the building with Big Ben, Supar Novar & Rapper Ragz killing it on ‘Spit Something’ and ‘man of the moment’ Wretch 32 enters on ‘Don’t Shoot Me’. I am really feeling Mr. Drastick on the more Hip-Hop electro tinged ‘Let Go’. Dras if def one of the hardest out there so big up for his ill contribution on this project. Mr. Ti2bs, Flirta D, Skinnyman, Nutty P, Sincere, Bashy and Faith SFX amongst others also feature. I loved the energy in this release and I just totally loved the idea. Big to Nemesis & Arrogance because on a level they have smashed it with a CD that is constantly in my CD player (that’s why it’s taken me so flaming long to review it!!! Hahahah). So yeh, get ya wallet out and support the real, this album is out now. Any problems hit them up at the MySpace page above or tell your local retailer that it’s distributed by Genepool thru Universal! Brapp!
