Z-Ro is one of the best rappers in the world and has dropped a string of solid albums, however I do feel the songs released on Rap-A-Lot is his best work and that statement is backed up when you look at the track-listing on this new ‘Greatest Hits’ collection that is chopped & screwed. Fourteen tracks slowed down for all those who like things chilled and gentle, this is one serious CD that has been done so well. ‘Respect My Mind’, ‘That’s Who I Am’, ‘Too Many Ni…s’, ‘Z-Ro’, ‘Help Me Please’, ‘One Deep’, ‘Mo City Don’, ’25 Lighterz’ and the classic ‘I Hate You’ are all on here, as is the massive collaborations ‘The Mule’ featuring Devin The Dude and Juvenile, ‘Top Notch’ featuring Pimp C R.I.P, ‘From The South’ featuring Paul Wall and Lil Flip, ‘These Ni…s’ featuring Scarface and ‘M16’ featuring Trae and P.O.P. So well put together this CD is worth its weight in gold so make sure you look out for this if you like that H-Town vibe or just need a good quality screw tape.
