 Birthm4rk is a talented rapper, song writer and performer from the West Midlands who also directs his own music videos, produces beats, designs clothes and is an all around urban savvy entrepreneur! He impressed the underground last year when he released his previous mixtape 'My Life My Crimes My Cry's' which was mixed DJ Bullet. With a unique style and a talent to kill any urban rhythm that you could throw at him, Birthm4rk is a recording artist and performer that you to get up on! Here we get a superb twelve track mixtape entitled 'SMD Mixtape 012', which sees him collaborate with a string of people from his camp as well as Birmingham rapper Deniro Capo. This is one free download you don't want to sleep on! Birthm4rk began his career in music as part of the well-respected Midland's act Deep Soulz who won the 2004 Urban Voice 'Best Hip Hop Act Award'. From there he started a solo career soon gaining recognition from the likes of BBC 1Xtra with Birthm4rk being a finalist in an MC competition, as well as support from Dream Team on BBC Radio 1, plays on Galaxy FM and numerous pirate & internet radio stations. He also went on to share stages with Sean Paul, DJ Semtex, DJ Principal and more, as was as playing live at Global Gathering in 2000 and becoming a resident MC at Sidewinder's 'Highflyer' Under 18's nights. Birthm4rk also received TV airplay of his music video 'My Letter To Santa Claus' on BBC West Midlands and in 2010 got to the Quarter Finals of 'Live Unsigned'.
