One of this year's most anticipated albums; it drops May 26th, 2012 through Ricta's own Beat Back Records. Ricta's debut will be a silver plate served musical meal for Hip Hop fans, Classic boom-bap production and scratching alongside Ricta's real life experiences and stories means that the project will be overflowing with creative content. Getting his first taste of hip hop coming up as a DJ / Graffiti writer in the Stalingrad twinned Coventry City, UK. Ricta studied the local scene intently, originally starting out as a DJ his focus would eventually turn from DJ'ing to becoming an Emcee, since then he has been hard at work both on the live circuit and in the studio. Bringing an array of both self and guest-produced tracks Ricta is set to prove that boom bap beats are here to stay, combined with his distinctive voice, intelligent lyrics and a vibe reminiscent to that of rap's golden era a winning formula is undeniably here, forget gangsterism's and forced punch lines this is straight up, no gimmicks Hip Hop. Ricta also boasts a capturing live show and is often joined on stage by fellow label mate (Beat Back Records) and rapper Idyllic, over recent years they have performed alongside the likes of...
