 STRESS ‘They Want My Swag’ (Reign Music & Media)
I first heard of this rapper when he collaborated with UK rapper LATE on his ‘Two Thousand & LATE’ mixtape. I was impressed then as his 16 bar guest verse showed great skill. Now with is debut single, Stress looks to set the world on light again. ‘They Want My Swag’ really reminds me of something The Clipse would do as it really bounces with an excellent club feel. The second track ‘I Ain’t Stuntin’ is a definite banger for the radio or mixtapes, as Stress spits straight gutter bars. The promo CD also included a few bonus tracks which was on a more ‘love tip’ which I didn’t feel as much however I did love ‘Show Me’ and think that should be the next single!
